Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account in the app or ask us to do it by e-mail, even without installing the app.
In the app
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- In the account section choose Delete account and confirm.
Data on the server is deleted immediately. Data on the phone stays until you uninstall the app or choose “Delete all data from this phone” in Profile.
Without the app
Write to kontakt@rampset.com from the e-mail address you sign in with (Google or Apple), with the subject “Account deletion”. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm it in our reply.
Before deleting you can download a copy: Profile → “Download account data”.
What gets deleted
- The account and its link to your Google or Apple account.
- All data synced to the server: profile, plans, workout history, body weight measurements, settings.
- Database backups containing this data expire automatically after 30 days at the latest.
What deleting the account doesn't do
- It doesn't cancel a Premium subscription. You cancel the subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
- It doesn't delete purchase data we must keep by law (tax records), or data kept by the stores.
